Discounts apply across the full catalogue and can be mixed across products — you don't need 25 of the same item, just 25 pieces in total.

Shipping is free on every bulk order, as it is on every Cozya order.

What comes with a bulk order

A named contact. One person handling your order from quote to delivery, reachable directly rather than through a general inbox.

One invoice. However many addresses the order ships to.

Multi-address shipping. Send to a single office or to every member of a distributed team. Give us a spreadsheet and we'll handle the rest.

Stock confirmation before you commit. We check availability across your full list and tell you what's ready now and what needs a lead time — before you pay, not after.

The same 60-day returns and two-year warranty that every retail order gets. Volume doesn't cost you cover.

Popular configurations

The Starter Kit — a monitor riser, a desk mat and an under-desk cable tray. Everything a remote employee needs on day one, around $150 per person before volume discount.

The Complete Desk — riser, mat, wrist rest, cable management and a desk organiser. The full setup, around $250 per person.

The Gift Piece — a single considered object: a walnut headphone perch, a flip clock or a machined aluminium tray. From $28.

How it works

1. Send us your requirements.
Email contact@cozya.store with roughly what you need, how many, and when you need it. A rough brief is enough — you don't need a finished list.

2. We quote you.
Within one business day you'll have a quote with itemised pricing, your volume discount applied, stock confirmation and a delivery estimate.

3. You approve.
We send a payment link or an invoice, depending on which you prefer.

4. We ship.
Single address or forty. You get tracking for every parcel and a consolidated summary.

Lead times

In-stock orders of under 50 pieces dispatch in 2–3 business days and deliver on our standard 4–8 business day window.

Larger orders, or orders including items we need to bring in, typically take 2–4 weeks end to end. We'll give you a firm date with your quote rather than an estimate you have to chase.

If you have a hard deadline — an office move, an onboarding date, a conference — tell us upfront and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Frequently asked

Is there a minimum order?
Ten pieces to qualify for volume pricing. Below that, order through the site as normal.

Can I mix products?
Yes. The discount is based on total pieces, not per item.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, on one order and one invoice. Send us a spreadsheet with names and addresses and we'll handle the distribution.

Do you ship internationally for bulk orders?
Yes. Note that duties and import taxes in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility and aren't included in our quote — we'll flag this on any international quote.

Can I see a sample before committing?
Yes. For orders above 50 pieces we'll send a sample of your shortlisted items at our cost. Below that, order a single piece through the site and return it free within 60 days if it isn't right.

What payment methods do you accept?
Card, and bank transfer on larger orders.

What's your return policy on bulk orders?
The same 60 days as retail, on unused pieces in resaleable condition. Email your named contact and we'll arrange it.
