A SHELF THAT LOOKS LIKE IT IS HOVERING OVER YOUR DESK
Halden hides its supports inboard, so the deck appears to float clear of the desktop with nothing but shadow underneath. That gap is the point: cables run through it unseen, the keyboard slides under it, and the desk reads as one uninterrupted surface again. For anyone who films at their desk or simply cannot stand visual noise, it does more for the shot than any amount of tidying. The ergonomics come free with the aesthetics.
WHY IT EARNS ITS PLACE ON YOUR DESK
- Hides its structure inboard — so the deck appears to hover and your desk photographs as one clean plane instead of a stack of boxes.
- Channels cables through the shadow gap — keeping the monitor lead and the charger out of sight without a single adhesive clip.
- Spreads load across a bonded hardwood deck — which holds an ultrawide panel dead level rather than bowing in the middle over time.
- Slips a full keyboard underneath — clearing the front third of the desk for a notebook, a sketchpad or your forearms.
- Sits on non-marking silicone feet — so it grips a glass or lacquered top without leaving a ring where it stood.
